Where I can help

Clarity at the decision.

How do we bring AI into product work before development starts?

Shift AI adoption left into product discovery, business analysis, and requirements—not just coding. Coach product teams, business analysts, and product managers to turn customer insight into clear requirements and reviewable specifications. Connect this work to the AI-enabled software development lifecycle (AI SDLC) and Spec-Driven Development, with shared workflows and a phased organization-wide rollout.

The JPL approach

Start with the business.
Keep people in view.

Technology is part of the answer. So are the people who use it, the teams who deliver it, and the operating decisions that make it sustainable.

Discuss your next step
01

Make the decision explicit.

Agree on the problem, desired outcome, constraints, and tradeoffs before committing to a solution.

02

Connect strategy to the work.

Translate priorities into responsibilities, evaluation criteria, and an actionable delivery plan.

03

Plan for the day after launch.

Consider adoption, support, governance, and ongoing ownership from the beginning.

An operator’s perspective

Advisor.
Delivery leader.
Business owner.

Meet John

Experience on both
sides of the advice.

I’ve been responsible for the team, the customer commitment, and the operating result—not just the recommendation.

My background spans professional services leadership at Redapt, product and Customer Operations at Bsquare, private-cloud delivery at IBM/Blue Box, and a decade of consulting at Accenture.

In 2025, I founded Comfort Keepers of Seattle, a licensed and regulated in-home care business. From the start, I built the operation around modern technology and AI—using automation, data, and smarter workflows to improve customer service, streamline operations, and deliver high-quality care more efficiently. Running the business keeps hiring, compliance, customer experience, technology adoption, and the realities of execution close to the work.
